- Eating too much processed food
- Drinking alcohol in excess
- Eating too much fried food
- Eating food that is heavily floured
- Eating too much chocolate
Hence, by eliminating these foods or, at least, reducing them as much as possible, and by consuming freshly prepared juices containing natural, raw ingredients, you will manage to alleviate snoring, as you will experience less mucus constricting your airways.
