These delicious and healthy breakfast smoothies taste just like your favorite holiday desserts — think pumpkin pie and eggnog — but come with a fraction of the calories. Plus, they’re loaded with good-for-you ingredients that will keep you full and fueled till lunchtime. What you’ll need:
1 cup pumpkin purée 1 large ripe banana 1 cup unsweetened soymilk or coconut milk beverage 1 tablespoon honey 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
5 ice cubes
What to do: Add ingredients to blender, and blend until smooth.

2 tablespoons whole wheat graham cracker crumbs, plus additional for garnish

1 frozen banana 1/2 apple (whatever type you want), cored, peeled and chopped 1 cup almond milk 1/2 cup apple cider 1 tablespoon maple syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup ice
