First, I stopped drinking coke, Alcohol …. And I kept the only water as my basic beverage. I avoided too, eating anything fried. Also, I stopped eating from fast foods that have ridiculous ingredients, anything boxed and anything with high fructose corn syrup.
So what do I eat?
Fresh ingredients are the key: Fresh Veggies, spices, beans & legumes, whole grain & wheat, lean meats & water are literally what your body needs. Vegetables and fruits also are the secret key to losing your weight. It gives us a nutritional balance. Keep in your mind that you have to eat the small quantity of vegetable or fruit to drop 30 pounds.
Please think of it as a lifestyle change.
You may keep the meat but in a form of a diet with removing any meals fried and oiled up or dairy-filled because it increases the level of cholesterol. Try to eat food from your home made. If you want to eat from a restaurant, you have to control your limits over your portions.
Eat fat-burning foods: It’s choosing the right foods that will burn the fat for you. Throw out the junk in your pantry and stock.
Water: is the best tool for rapid weight loss, according to a study, people drinking 8 to 12 glasses of water in a day have a higher metabolic rate than those who only drink four glasses or less. It too helps in weight loss indirectly. This is because drinking a glass of water ahead meals can fill you up thus preventing you from overeating and eating extra calories.
Exercise: for at Least 30 Minutes per day, that will secure the body burns calories around the clock. Apart from losing weight, the coupling of the two will also leave you looking fit and attractive
