09:00 – one cup of oatmeal soup

10:00 – one cup of vegetable broth (broth – clear Strain soup)

11:00 – one cup of warm water (boiled)

12:00 – one glass of fruit juice diluted with water (half – half)

13:00 – one cup of warm water (boiled)

14:00 – a glass of milk

15:00 – a cup of herbal tea without sugar

16:00 – one cup of meat broth without salt

17:00 – one cup of warm water (boiled)

18:00 – one cup of warm water (boiled)

19:00 – one glass of fruit juice diluted with water (half – half)

20:00 – one cup of warm water (boiled)

21:00 – one cup of yogurt (fat-reduced)
