Breakfast
Take a big glass of water or natural juice firs thing in the morning. You can eat fruits or drink natural juice as much as you want until lunch time. Eat a couple of fruits, and try to combine different fruits of different kind. Depending on the season that you are currently in, the fruits which contain highest amounts of water are: Autumn/Winter: grapes and citrus fruits, Spring/Summer: melon and watermelon.
Lunch
One big glass of water before your meal and tea after lunch. You can eat as much raw vegetable as you want and whatever kind you like. You can make yourself a salad seasoning it with some vinegar, olive oil, lemon and spices of your choosing. You can add olives to the salad. You can consume any kind of raw or preserved veggies, asparagus, artichokes, celery, lettuce, carrots, bell peppers, cucumbers, garlic, onions, corn, soya, tomatoes etc.
Snack
Like a snack drink one big glass of natural juice, water or tea. Afterwards you can eat 30gr. of cheese or one fruit and drink one glass of milk or yogurt.
Dinner
Drink one glass of water before and after your meal. You can eat 100gr. of meat (chicken or veal) or 150gr. of fish, or one egg with veggies and fruits.
Important
You cannot stick to this diet for the entire week, because in that way you will cause a nutritional imbalance in your body. Follow this diet only for a day, and the next day eat regularly. This diet is not intended for long run. You can stick to it from time to time, when you need to lose some extra pounds before important event in your life or your vacation.
Note: Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day and enrich your diet with products with high water content, like fruits and veggies.
In the end bear in mind that no diet is absolutely good for your organism on the long run. You need to adopt a healthier lifestyle, eating right, exercising and sleeping enough in order to preserve your health and wellbeing. This is just a quick fix, when you’re racing against time and you want to look good for a special occasion. Remember to always consult with your doctor before adopting a new eating regimen
