The Simplest Diet – 7 kg In 7 days!

Before you start reading on how to quickly lose the few extra pounds with this diet, you should know that the diet “7 kilograms in 7 days” is not intended for those who want to lose more weight. If you want to try this diet program, you have to be much disciplined in order to endure these 7 days.

With this fast diet “7 kg for 7 days” you really can lose up to 7 kilograms in one week. It is possible only if you stick to the diet eating plan and if you drink quite fluid.

For drinking you should choose water, unsweetened juice, unsweetened tea, coffee and mineral water. Alcohol should be avoided because it hinders the breakdown of fat.

Besides the diet, physical activity is very important during these 7 days. Select a sport activity and conduct it at least 30 minutes daily. Do not exaggerate with sports activity, because the reduced calorie intake will get you exhausted. However, sports action is needed to encourage the breakdown of subcutaneous tissue and hardening of the skin.

REQUIRED ingredient for 7 days:

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 vegetable soup
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 2 kilograms of fresh tomatoes
  • 1 large celery
  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 1 kg of beans
  • 3 green peppers
  • 1 kg of carrots
  • 1 kg of red onion
  • Spices

Important: You must know how to prepare a soup.

Recipe:

Dice the onion on wheels and bake them in olive oil. When ready, add the remaining chopped vegetables (the ingredients above are for all seven days, so divide the finished soup in 7 equal parts, and store them in glass jars and keep it in the fridge).

Briefly cook and add water to cover the vegetable. Add salt if desired. Allow it to cook for 10 minutes. Vegetables should be softening. Spice optionally.

Diet plan:

Day 1: soup and fruit (except bananas)

Day 2: soup and vegetables for lunch, one cooked potato (no fruit)

Day 3: soup, vegetables and fruits (fruits you can eat as much as you want)

Day 4: soup, bananas and two smaller 150ml low – fat milks

Day 5: soup, a piece of white meat or fish baked in olive oil with lots of tomato salad.

Day 6: soup, vegetables and meat as much as you want.

Day 7: soup, vegetables and rice.

* Amount for foods that are not listed: eat in normal portions, without exaggeration.
