What Celebrities eat for Breakfast? Ideas for the most important meal!

If you don’t have ideas for breakfast, read the advice personalities from the world of show business.

The crooner,a well-known fitness buff, told Bon Appetit he eats two breakfasts. The first is waffles with flax and almond butter and a scrambled egg. His workouts are following by another egg or a protein shake. “I mostly workout so I can eat religiously,” he said. The reality TV star told People magazine that she opts for cereal in the mornings,  choosing Kashi’s GOLEAN with 2 percent milk and a cup of coffee. Upon unveiling a dramatic weight loss, the daughter of Ozzy revealed that starting to eat in the mornings was key to her success. She told SHAPE that a normal breakfast was two egg whites with low-fat cheese or a bowl of Raisin Bran with low-fat milk.

You may be surprised about one of the Queen B’s ingredients. She says, “I always have breakfast, say, scrambled egg whites, a vegetable smoothie, or whole grain cereal with low-fat milk.” Cow milk? Not soy or almond? She’s so old school! Jessica’s breakfast is honestly refreshing. She says, “I don’t always eat breakfast- I should. I always have coffee, but I try to have yogurt and fruit, or yogurt and granola — or breakfast tacos.” We’re all about tacos for breakfast! J.Lo maintains her thin waist and bodacious backside with a morning smoothie. “I knew the stuff that I was eating wasn’t giving me energy. I realized that after a while, and I was feeding this to my kids. Is this good for them? So I was ready to try something different. …[The spinach protein smoothie] tastes fresh, and you’re doing something good for yourself. It makes a huge difference.”
