A famous cardiologist recommends this diet with that will help you lose 10 pounds in one week!

This amazing diet plan is recommended by one of the best cardiologists in the region. This is a 15-day diet plan, but you should have the same breakfast for the whole diet regimen. You should have just one fruit for breakfast: orange, peach, pear, watermelon, melon. Note: Don’t consume bananas or grapes for breakfast.

Lunch

  • 1 orange
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 cup of yogurt (200 ml)

Dinner

  • 2 tomatoes or 2 dl of cooked tomatoes
  • 2 hardboiled eggs
  • ½ cucumbers or 1 small piece of lettuce
  • 2 pieces of rusk

Day 2

Lunch

  • 1 orange
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 cup of yogurt

Dinner

  • 125 grams of beef (boiled)
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 rusk
  • 1 orange
  • 1 cup of coffee or tea (sugar-free)

Day 3

Lunch

  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 orange
  • A cup of yogurt
  • 1 cucumber or lettuce

Dinner

  • 125 gr boiled beef
  • 1 orange
  • 1 rusk
  • 1 cup of tea or coffee (sugar-free)

DAY 4

Lunch

  • 125 grams of cow milk cheese
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 rusk

Dinner

  • 125 grams of beef (boiled)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 apple
  • 1 rusk

DAY 5

  • 200 grams of boiled meat or fish
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 rusk

Dinner

½ kilos boiled carrot, peas or potato

Note: make sure you cook your vegetables or your meat without, or just a pinch of salt. And you should take a break on the 6th and the 7th day, and continue on the 8th. And this is also very important – you shouldn’t drink any type of alcohol, while you are on this diet plan. You will lose 5 to 10 lbs. in the first five days. The, as we mentioned, you need to take a 2-day break and repeat the same diet plant 3 times – 5 days + 2-day break. You will avoid any bad side effects with this, and you can still lose up to 30 lbs. And if you are persistent eating every day, except Mondays, your pounds won’t come back. Make sure you follow this diet menu on Mondays:

Breakfast: 1 cup of lemon juice (sugar-free)

Lunch: 1 apple, 1 rusk

Dinner: 1 boiled egg, 1 tomato, 1 rusk

Note: you can consume these foods while they are hot, or cold – it doesn’t matter. But, you need to consume them in the right order, and don’t skin any meal (this is extremely important). Because if you don’t follow this diet plan, and don’t eat these foods in the right order, or you change the order of the meals, then this diet regime will not work for you.
