Anti-Cellulite Diet – Get Rid Of Cellulite In Just 7 Days !

Anti-cellulite diet consists of easily digestible foods beneficial for the body, and also helpful in the elimination of toxins from the organism. Today we present you a seven-day anti-cellulite diet.

Day 1

Breakfast: Yogurt, young cheese, whole grain bread
Snack: Fruit of fruit juice
Lunch: Potato salad and grilled fish, whole grain bread or rye bread
Snack: Fruit or fruit juice
Dinner: Steam-cooked vegetables, chicken breasts, salad, rye bread

Day 2

Breakfast: Muesli and low fat milk
Snack: almonds
Lunch: Cabbage stew, lean meat and beets salad
Snack: White coffee
Dinner: Steam-cooked vegetables, chicken breasts, salad, rye bread

Day 3

Breakfast: Carrot juice, black coffee
Snack: Unsalted sunflower seeds
Lunch: Cauliflower salad, some chicken, rye bread
Snack: Fruit or fruit juice
Dinner: Yogurt, rye bread, salad

Day 4

Breakfast: Muesli
Snack: Fruit salad
Lunch: Soup (use beef, potato, carrot), salad, rye bread
Snack: Vegetable juice
Dinner: 1 piece of bread, jam, a cup of green tea

Day 5

Breakfast: A piece of bread, jam, a cup of green tea
Snack: Fruit
Lunch: Peas stew, rye bread, salad
Snack: Fruit and vegetable juice
Dinner: Steam-cooked vegetables, fish, salad, rye bread

Day 6

Breakfast: Fruit and vegetable juice, cheese, rye bread
Snack: Fruit or fruit salad
Lunch: Soy cutlet, potato salad and tomato juice
Snack: strawberries with dark chocolate
Dinner: Steam-cooked vegetables, chicken breasts, salad, rye bread

Day 7

Breakfast: Carrot juice, black coffee
Snack: Unsalted sunflower seeds
Lunch: Cauliflower salad, some chicken, rye bread
Snack: Fruit or fruit juice
Dinner: pasta, rye bread

This is how your menu should look like if you are ready to get rid of those orange peel thighs. You can see that this diet regimen is not that strict, and if you do not have any of the foods we mentioned before, you can easily use some similar food products.

Following this diet regimen will help you get rid of the cellulite and bring your self-confidence back. In addition to this diet, you should also:

  1. Eat as slowly as you can
  2. Do not talk or watch TV in a quiet room
  3. Have your meals at the same time every day
  4. We mentioned before that you can use some other foods instead of the foods we already listed, but you MUST never consume these foods:
    • Sausages
    • Salami
    • Bacon
    • Carbonated drinks
    • Sour cream
    • Hot dog
    • Soup in bags
    • Over spiced soup
    • Pate and other similar products

    Finally…
