If you consume 2 eggs daily, you will experience major improvements in your health, as they offer the following benefits:

Help weight loss- Eggs provide a feeling of satiety which will help you control hunger and lose weight.

Improve the eyesight- The high lutein, zeaxanthin, and vitamin A content in eggs improves vision, prevent radical damage and eyesight issues.

Lower the risk of cardiovascular disease- They contain 40 grams of good cholesterol which protects against heart diseases. Moreover, eggs are loaded with omega-3 fatty acids which lower the levels of triglycerides.

Protect the brain- eggs contain choline which is essential for the function of the brain, being a neurotransmitter which sends stimuli to the brain and nervous system.

Support the health of the skin, hair, and liver- The egg yolk is rich in protein and sulfur that improve skin quality, and revitalize dull and weak hair. Eggs also contain lecithin, which detoxifies the liver and helps digestion.

Lower the risk of birth defects– Eggs have 0.7 mcg. of folic acid, which is essential during pregnancy, as it lowers the risk of birth defects and prevents damage to the nervous system of the embryo.

Strengthen the bones – the calcium and vitamin D in eggs are beneficial for the bones and teeth.

Therefore, eggs are undoubtedly among the healthiest foods you can have, and to reap all their benefits, make sure you eat them boiled the most. Yet, note that you should eat no more than 3 eggs if you suffer from heart issues or diabetes.
