Soak Your Feet in This Powerful Baking Soda Mixture 2x Each Week To Heal Dry And Cracked Feet

Cracked heels are extremely unattractive, but they can also cause infections and pain. In most cases, they are caused by improper foot care, prolonged standing on hard floors, shoes, dry air, lack of moisture, workout routines,  unhealthy diet, aging, and more.

Most people visit nail salons and spas during the summer in order to prepare their feet for the beach and the sandals they have just bought, but this can be both, time-consuming, and expensive. Moreover, many of the commercial products used in these treatments are loaded with harmful chemicals.

Yet, the good news is that you can take proper care of your feet in a natural and cheap way as well, and get the beautiful and soft feet you dreamed of!

You can try a healing, soothing essential oil foot balm, which is a mixture of tea tree oil and peppermint oil. It will moisturize, rejuvenate the skin, revive the worn-out feet, and prevent bacterial and fungal infections.

Yet, today we are suggesting another all-natural, home remedy that will remove calluses, clean the cracked feet, and leave them soft!

DIY Baking Soda Foot Soak

You will need:

  • 3 tablespoons of baking soda
  • Lavender oil
  • Soft scrub sponge/ pumice stone/ brush
  • Moisturizer
  • 4-5 liters of water in a bucket
  • Epsom salts ( optional)

Instructions:

Before going to bed, pour the baking soda in the water and stir to dissolve it. Add a few drops of lavender oil, to relax and soothe your feet. If you want to boost the effects of this home spa, and detoxify the skin, add some Epsom salts.

Soak the feet in the bucket for 15-20 minutes. Afterward, run the underside of the feet with a soft scrub sponge, a pumice stone, or a scrub brush. Then, apply some high-in-Vaseline moisturizer on the skin, Vaseline, or coconut oil. Put on socks, and go to sleep.

If your feet need a more intense spa treatment, create a paste of baking soda and water and use it to scrub the feet. Then, scrub them once more using a brush or pumice stone.

These fun homemade spa treatments will restore the beauty and softness of your feet! Therefore, try them now and enjoy every single step you make!
