Here’s an effective way to remove stretch marks using only 2 common ingredients:
Ground Coffee – Coffee can be used as a home exfoliator, because it has the ability to remove rough dead skin cells. It also lets the new skin layer to have the proper humidification and treatment. Caffeine also improves our circulation and fights cellulite.
Olive Oil – Olive oil is excellent for protecting, cleaning and nourishing of the skin. It has the ability to penetrate even the deepest skin layers.
This is the procedure:
Take some coffee grounds and put it in a bowl. Put some warm water. Use just the amount you need so that it can become moist. Stir it.
After this, add the olive oil. Create a homogeneous mixture. You should obtain a paste that you can keep on your skin for a longer period of time.
Apply this paste on the affected area and massage gently. Make sure you apply it on clean skin.
Leave it to act for 20 minutes.
After the time passes, remove the paste using a non-abrasive cloth.
Apply some natural moisturizer after the removal 2 or 3 times a day so that the skin is moist all the time.
